Everything you need to set up, use, and get help with 1Stage Live — the free companion viewer for the 1Stage meeting assistant.
1Stage Live turns a phone or tablet into an extra screen for a meeting run by the 1Stage app on a Windows or Mac computer. It shows the same stage clock, talk timer, and Zoom raised-hand alerts — over your local Wi-Fi, with no account and no personal data collected.
Just want to see what it does? Tap “See a demo” on the app’s start screen for a full guided walkthrough that runs entirely on the device — no computer or internet needed.
Using a Windows PC as a viewer? Download 1Stage Live for Windows (free) — it turns any spare PC or a mini-PC behind a TV into a full-screen viewer with every screen the tablets get, including the live Zoom Feed and meeting audio. It finds your 1Stage computer on the network automatically; approve it once from the 1Stage device list and it’s connected.
Make sure the phone/tablet and the computer are on the same Wi-Fi network, the 1Stage app is running on the computer, and you allowed 1Stage Live’s Local Network permission (iOS Settings → 1Stage Live).
Allow Camera access for 1Stage Live (iOS Settings → 1Stage Live), and scan the QR code shown on the computer’s Connect a Device screen.
1Stage Live runs in landscape. Turn the device sideways, or reconnect by scanning the QR code again.
Use “See a demo” on the start screen to explore every feature offline, or download 1Stage from 0101inc.com/1Stage.
1Stage Live requires no account and collects no personal information. It communicates only with your 1Stage computer on the local network. Read the full 1Stage Privacy Policy.
